With over 25 years working in the talent management field at large global organizations like Accenture and EPAM, I'm excited to leverage my experiences in coaching executives and defining and implementing talent strategies with a broader group of individuals and organizations. I have had the opportunity to work on talent challenges across consulting, outsourcing, and managed services teams, support a software business, and across industry practices - Communications, High Tech, Chemicals, Energy, and Natural Resources. From late 2016 through summer 2019, I focused on establishing the People organization for EPAM North America, implementing new programs and installing operational rigor, focusing on improving the employee experience, and building a high performance team. In addition to my corporate experiences, I had the opportunity to serve as a board member at YWCA Delaware for three years, leveraging my experience in leading organizations as they focused on their growth agenda.
My areas of talent expertise range from acquisition due diligence and integration to performance management strategies to employee engagement and employee experience. I love to coach and mentor team members, executives in my organizations, and colleagues from other organizations. As a talent leader, I've had the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional executive teams to ensure goals and initiatives were aligned to support the overall business agenda.
